What methods are safe and harmless for our necks?
An effective method for cervical disease is self -massage, which shows a comfortable posture that can be taken in a comfortable chair. The movement starts from the back and caresses, shaking and squeezing.
At the beginning of the self -massage, the buttocks area is worked between the shoulder blades, then they move to the belt and chest zones, which are located above the mammary glands. Massage should not be painful. The stronger the movement, the fewer repetitions that have to be done.
Next, we continue to the cervical area: in the direction from the back of the head to the back, we do with two hands along the spinal space, then with a pressing motion we massage the neck, replacing it by tapping with the edge of the palm, which we do with a combon both sides of the spine and do squeezing movements 3-4 times. Finish by stroking the back of the neck.
The third stage is rubbing. A finger pad is placed on the back of the head, then the skin is rubbed from top to bottom. After that, the back of the neck is rubbed with a circular motion in the direction from the back of the head to the back. The final stage of self -massage repeats the first.
